Food Tours

I have been to PR before so I'm researching food tours as something fun and different to do. I've narrowed down my search to two, Spoon Food Tours and Flavors of San Juan. Any recommendations or suggestions on either of these tour companies? They both seem to have similar tours and both have great reviews, is there any advantage of one company over the other? Also, is it better to do the lunch or dinner tour? Thanks.

We did the Spoon Food Tour last week and loved it. Our guide, Dan, was friendly and knowledgeable. He brought us to several interesting places to eat and the food was great. Just small dishes, but we were full by the end. The walk was filled with history and amazing sights that we would have walked right by if not pointed out to us. I don't know anything about Flavors, but I highly recommend the Spoon Food Tour.
