Hi ladies and gents. As some of you will know we are sailing on Ventura in April/May. I have been seeing on some groups that people are saying that the ship is looking a bit run down.

Has anyone been on it recently? If so did you find it run down or are people just being picky? Thank you x

We were on Ventura last month and I can honestly say the cabin and public areas I saw were in very good shape. Due to previous posts I found myself even looking for faults and all I could see was a very small patch of worn carpet on the stairs leading to the buffet deck (so not surprising !!!!!).

 

Don't panic, it is fine and staff were cleaning/polishing all over the place.

We're on her on the 2nd April next year so it's nice to know she's still in good shape

Good to read your comments, as my husband and I are due to sail on her next Sunday, and like the OP had read some very negative comments

Please don't worry about Ventura, she's a fab ship. We were on her in June and apart from a tiny bit of rust on the balcony we saw nothing like has been reported on other groups. I swear some people walk around with magnifying glasses looking for faults. Have a fantastic holiday, we did! :)x
