Are Documents Coming?

I'm sailing on Pride Nov. 13 and haven't received my documents yet.

I've called Carnival 3 times and they can't give an answer on where they are. They can't tell me if they have been mailed or if they have not. They said they will send an e-mail to mail my documents as soon as possible, but can't gaurantee that I will receive them at all. I understand that they have been short staffed due to hurricanes. They said that since I have pre-registered online that I can just go to the terminal without any documents. I don't want do this, the first thing you do is drop off luggage and I'll have no tags and I don't feel comfortable showing up empty handed.

Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Any suggestions on what I can do?

Thanks!

All you need is your ID and maybe your printed out funpass and booking numbers. Porters will have a manafest that indicates which cabin you are in and can provide the proper luggage tags. Have pre-printed stickers with your personal info to speed up filling out the tags.
