Aft on Caribbean Princess near vent

Hello,

First I want to say I am very excited that Princess has added a 14 day Caribbean cruise - Caribbean Princess, Circle Caribbean, March 18, 2018. Much better than 2 back to back 7 day.

So I booked an aft room ASAP because I know they go quickly. Booked Baja deck B757 and notice now that it is right beside the vent. Was going to book B753 but didn't because I saw it said it was partially obstructed.

I love sitting out on the balcony at night (not much in the day, but do like to be on the balcony in and out of ports).

Can anyone give comments on B757 and B753 (I've put a 48 hour hold on 753 in case I change from 757).

Also, has the ship been refurbished lately or can we expect to experience a tired looking ship?

Thanks for any comments and input.

:)
