Valencia aquarium, getting there

Is the aquarium (Oceanographic) walkable from the cruise port?

What would be other options (and cost to get there)?

Thanks

Hello, the oceanographic will be about a 30 to 40 minutes walk, but depending on the time of year you visit it could be a Hot walk.

A taxi that you can take from the cruise terminal should cost about 12 to 15€.

If your cruise line offers a shuttle to the centre of Valencia, then you can take bus no 95 and 15.These will drop you off right at the doors. I believe bus tickets are 1.50€ each one way.

There is also a tourist bus route (like hoho) i believe you can catch this at the port. you can buy a family ticket 2 adults 3 children for 60€. Over 65's 10€ each and under 65's 17€ each. children aged 7 to 16, 10€ each and under 7's go free. There are several routes,so you will have to ask if the one you choose goes to the oceanographic.

Hope this helps. happy cruising. :)
