can you get a can of beer or pop to take up to your room,or do they only serve it by the glass.we are travelling on celebrity

You can certainly get something to take back to your cabin. Just ask them not to open it for you.

When we did our 2 Alaska cruises, we would go out to a few different bars during the day and get 2 beers, unopened at each bar. We then took them back to the room and put them in the "fridge". that way we could stay in and read and listen to music if we wanted to be anti-social. :)

We were able to each get a generous pour of rum straight up, and had coke in our cabin that we had brought on board at embarkation. Always enjoyed a nightcap each night on our balcony.
