Costumes in MDR on elegant night?

So we'll be sailing for Halloween, which falls on the first Elegant night. I know everyone will be dressed up and enjoying all Activities Carmival has to offer. My question/comment is how are everyone dressed when going to dinner? I've read on here that people do go in costumes but what about those that aren't in costumes but more so in Halloween related clothes? Would they need to change to elegant wear? Just a general thought question.

If they don't move elegant night to a different night, then the dress code would be either Elegant or Costume - Halloween t-shirts can be worn during the day but for dinner, I would think people would change.

Thank you. Yeah that's kind of what I was thinking would happen. Them moving elegant night to the second night. Idk this is our first Halloween cruise so we shall see. Can't wait though..

We have sailed Halloween before but it was on Embarkation Day! So no problem! Halloween Cruise, was our favorite time to sail yet!

 

We are on the Glory, October 28th through November 5th! We can't wait!
