DopeyRN1 Posted October 23, 2016 Author #26 Share Posted October 23, 2016 Just home. I am going to do a much more extensive review, but quickly, the Dream was the smokiest, smelliest ship I have been on in over 20 years! I liked some of Carnival's smaller ships better (think Elation). I could not even walk on Deck 5, so could see no shows on that level at all. We even found the Atrium smoky. We are flexible people, and try to make the best of everything, and we did have fun. But I will be writing Carnival and their response will determine if this is my final Carnival cruise. As to the Cubs...I bought the $72 internet package and used my husband's phone to follow the box score pitch by pitch. Nothing like reading games! I have friends who live in Chicago and don't get FS1 and were also following along online. I'm sorry the ship was so smoky. I'll be interested to read your review. I also loved the Elation, but have not been on the Dream.
