Booking onboard discount and coupon?

I've read here on the boards that when booking a cruise while onboard you can expect to receive $100 credit for booking a 7 day. My question is I have a Captain's Club coupon for $100 that I would also like to use. Can I use both the coupon and get the onboard booking credit?

I don't see why not. Just be sure you have the shipboard credit down FIRST, before you introduce your coupon. And did you also know that if you buy 100 or more shares of RCL stock, you also receive an additional shipboard credit, ranging from $ 50 to $250 per cabin on every cruise you take, as long as it is booked by May 6, 2006?

Once you have your cruise booked (onboard) you can send a request by email to coupons at celebrity dot com indicating that you would like redeem a coupon. Be sure to include Attn: Coupon Redemption Center in the subject line and include the following information about your coupon and your cruise booking:

My $50 birthday coupon expired on Sept 24th but Celebrity accepted it mid October! TA tells me Celebrity will credit $50 back to my credit card.
