Onboard credit - how to tell if i have any?

Hi! My NCL Escape cruise is coming up in less than 2 months and when I booked the cruise, I am sure my booking included $100 onboard credit. For some reason my original invoice doesn't say anything about it nor does my account on ncl.com mention anything related to onboard credit. Last year was similar - I only found out that I have onboard credit after I boarded Carnival Glory.

is there any way to tell in advance what and how much there is?

Call NCL (or your TA) and ask for your "Amenity Confirmation" or "Amenity Invoice". Most OBC should be listed there, especially if it comes directly from NCL. If the OBC comes from your TA or some other third party, it may not appear until much closer to your sailing, or it may never show up, so it's important to get some other kind of confirmation from whoever promised you the credit.
