We are sailing on the Vista in June and I was logged into my booking and wanted to see what the total price of cheers program was so I added it to cart and selected checkout. It gave me an error message stating that it had already been purchased for this cruise?? I did not but it and it does not appear on my booking documents? Anyone else experienced this? This cruise is free from the casino players club so I am hoping they added it lol. Probably far fetched though. Thanks for the help and Happy Holidays! Two days after purchase I checked again and the problem had cleared and I was able to see the Cheers price and purchase. I just called, confirmed it hadn't been purchased (I was really hoping I hadn't forgotten something like that - ha ha), and then when it was confirmed I didn't have it, purchased it over the phone.
