No there isn't. If fact, it's legally banned.

 

In any case, taxi service in Barcelona is readily available all the time and inexpensive. On top of that, the public transportation network (bus/metro/tramway) is second to none :)

There is a service called Cabify but I doubt that is any cheaper than regular taxi. Can get estimate online. In Madrid it's slightly cheaper for city centre rides.
