I'm not a big fan of Carnival, but I have to give a huge thank you and kudos to them for taking care of our close family who experienced a death on their ship. They made sure they were taken care of and it was one less thing they had to deal with during the time of their loss. Thanks Carnival.

This same thing happen to us, death in the family. Carnival went above and beyond to help us with phone calls, priority disembarkation etc. Never will forget that.
