Agadir - souk on your own?

We have been to Agadir twice. First we did Souk and Fantasia which was brilliant (recommended for all ages -be aware if you have a problem with snakes.... just saying)

 

The second time we did the MASSA 4x4 jeep. Again very good. This is the only tour that doesn't involve any shopping.

 

I would like to visit a souk without a time limit. Has anyone tried to get themselves to the souk without a tour. I saw that there is a short souk tour but not sure if this is a walking tour or if a bus gets you there first.

Any advice would be great

Get a petit taxi (the orange ones). They are plentiful and inexpensive.
