If there is a lower rate in this case carnivalidys will the match?

If it is a lower rate, for the same category stateroom, then they will match the price.

 

You just have to fill out the price drop form ( or if your PVP is nice like mine, you call them and they take care of it for you)

 

Always take screen shots to prove the price was lower, and look for the confirmation email after you submit the form. Sometimes it does not work.

In my case, I booked early saver. The price for my class cabin was the same under Carnivalidays, but it provided $50 in On Board Credit. I contacted my PVP (who rocks), and he got me the OBC.
