Choosing a cabin on Rotterdam

Hi All

We are looking to book a 7 day Norse Legends cruise on Rotterdam sailing from..um...Rotterdam, on 13 May.

We are trying to choose a Vista Suite in mid-ships. We are happy to pay for the better Visa Suites.

There seems to be limited cabins available to choose from, with the few available cabins either being aft or forward ends of the mid ship area. We note from the cabin chart there are many cabins in the middle of the mid ships area, that are "blanked" which I assumes means they are not available.

HAL has an option that you decide what sort of vista suite you want in a graded/price format and allow THEM to choose the cabin. We wonder, however, if leaving HAL to choose our suite is a good idea or should we simply choose the best available cabin.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

The cabin chart on HAL site only shows some of the available cabins. If you know the exact cabin you want, you can enter the cabin number in "Enter stateroom number" box on the Stateroom Type page. If the room is still available, you'll be able to book it, even if it doesn't appear available on the cabin chart.
