Fantasia embarkation

Hey guys!

Just after some info from anyone who has sailed Fantasia recently.

It sounds like embarkation has changed a little since I went on Divina a couple of years ago, can anyone confirm the process of checking in?

Particularly about getting your cabin key cards and photos taken etc?

Cheers!

Embarked Fantasia a few hours ago :)

I am lucky enough to be in Yacht Club, so it may be different for the rest of the ship - never sailed MSC before so don't know - but my card was in my cabin and the concierge took my photo.

There was a general announcement for the ship saying when cabins were ready - and cards were in cabin. I would have thought the photos were taken at check in.

Hi, just back from a week on fantasia... check in was easy enough, we arrived at 9am and sailed through the check in. There was no access to rooms until 1pm, but you could collect your card at deck 6 or 7 and buy drinks or use it for all inclusive.
