Peace2U Posted January 24, 2017 #1 Share Posted January 24, 2017 (edited) We are cruising in March on Princess. The cruise line has a 5.5 hour cave tubing excursion for $70. I have also heard about Vitalino Reyes and Butts up (what's up with that name?), but would they be a better deal than the cruise line? jancru12 Posted January 24, 2017 #2 Share Posted January 24, 2017 We just did Butt's up last week and it was awesome. $35 per person if you make a reservation online. Guides are great, informative and lots of fun.
James in SA Posted January 24, 2017 #3 Share Posted January 24, 2017 (edited) And we have done it with Vitalano's group 3 times and had a great time. It is $50 last time I checked and includes a yummy home cooked Belizian lunch and free rum punch at Vitalano's place when you are done. Zipline can be added for $25. They also carry your tubes up the river for you. http://cavetubing.bz I haven't done Butts Up, but as for the name that is what they tell you when you are entering shallow water where your posterior might scrape a rock if you don't lift it up. I don't think you would go wrong with either of them. Edited January 24, 2017 by James in SA
Peace2U Posted January 25, 2017 Author #4 Share Posted January 25, 2017 (edited) They both sound great! Having someone else carry them sounds like a plus. I was wondering about the Butts Up name. lol And zipline would be fun too. Thanks! Edited January 25, 2017 by Seabeacon
