Chef's Table

Is the Chef's Table menu the same across all ships? I'm on the Liberty Feb 2nd sailing and looking for the CT menu for that one... husband and I are don't eat seafood and if there are a lot of seafood dishes, we'll pass. I know they will accommodate special requests/dietary needs/allergies but we don't like to put them off course too much if there are a lot of seafood dishes this time around. Last time we did it, it was just a shrimp appetizer that they switched out for us... no biggie.

This is from Dream on Jan 17, 2017. There were some appetizers that are not listed on the menu. This was my wife's menu, and she's lactose intolerant. A couple of the dishes were slightly different for her than me.

My wife and I just got off the Valor this week and did the Chef's table. We also did it on the Dream over Christmas.

According to the Chef, the dream menu is the new one that is slowly being rolled out to all the ships. Valor still had the old one. He had no idea how long it would take for all the ships to get it.
