Can't answer your question about proximity to the terminal YET - but I'll be on the 1/7 sailing of the Liberty out of Lauderdale. When's your cruise? I'll be happy to report back when I return.

 

Parking is standard at the ports in FL - all of them charge $10/day. I found that interesting as I've driven to several FL ports in the past couple years. Charleston, SC, allows folks with handicap cards to park for free.

Actually parking at Port Everglades is $12 daily and yes, the handicap parking spaces are to the terminals and crosswalks.

They also have shuttle buses that pick you up outside the parking garage. You can drop off your luggage at the terminal before you park.
