Diving Tortola - NCL or local dive shop?

Going on the NCL Dawn 12/1/05. We will be going to Tortola, an Island I've yet to see, and would like any information on the diving. I would also like to hear from anyone who have gone on the NCL Dive excursions or have experience with the local shops. Thanks.

We booked a private dive charter with UBS Diver. We had 4 divers and the price was lower than both the ship and other local ops. Plus we had our own dive guide and could dive our tanks and go where ever we wanted for our charter. We dove the Rhone and loved it!! UBS provided us with ginger snaps between dives and unlimited beer and non-alcoholic drinks after our dives. I can't recommend these guys more highly, and the private charter was totally worth every penny...and would have been even if we had only had 2 divers.

Did Rhone dive off Veendam. They used Dive Tortola. It was pricey off the ship, but worth it because there were only 4 of us. They also had a videographer who offered VHS or DVD of your dive.
