Here's the scoop on the Grand Transatlantic (5/2)

 

1. Hand sanitizer at all entrances to the Horizon Court

2. Butter "kisses" on ice - served with tongs

3. Excellent strawberry jam served in a large bowl with a serving spoon

4. I wish I could tell you the apricot jam was yummy too but I never got it off the spoon. That stuff was just one large gooey blob. Too bad, I love apricot jelly.

5. We take pictures of berries, any and all types, for a friend who covets them. Never taken photos of butter though.

But here's the REAL butter question: who salts it? I admit that I am addicted to salted butter. As soon as we sit down I put the butter on my side plate and salt it lightly to get the taste I love.
