Does Carnival give any specials to gropus of 20 or more?

If so what is the best way to book a large group?

Contact the groups department at Carnival. If you are looking to book a cruise critic cruise, there is information under the Groups board. There are not necessarily "discounts" for a group, but there are perks, as well as free berths for a certain number of cabins booked, etc. Just contact the Groups dept and they will give you all the details.
