If I upgrade, can I keep my perks?

I have booked an inside for my two sons (25) (20) with drink package for one and soda for the other, and I also received 100 internet minutes, photo package and $50 in slot play.

 

If I put in a bid for a balcony for them, will they lose the additional promotional perks?

 

Also, we've already purchased the 3 night dining package for them. If we upgrade to a balcony, will they then get to choose 2 "free at sea" and I could get a refund for the dining package I just bought?
