simatravel Posted November 16, 2005 #1 Share Posted November 16, 2005 Looking for an oppinion on where to get some cigars at SJ. Does it metter if we get them at the Port Terminal or at the store where they get made? Any advice on the brands/stores? Looking for a mild cigar. Thank you. goneclear Posted November 20, 2005 #2 Share Posted November 20, 2005 I smoke the cuban cohiba robusto. It is considered a medium cigar. You should get it in any cigar store outside of the U.S. Never bought in SJ but have bought in st. Maarten from a store on the main shopping st. emd1 Posted July 9, 2007 #3 Share Posted July 9, 2007 I am resurrecting this post as I found a great cigar store in San Juan. It is called Don Collins. The best cigars we have found in any of the Caribbean ports we've been to. They have a website. It just a little down the street from the cathedral. rebeljohn Posted July 11, 2007 #4 Share Posted July 11, 2007 I have tried the Don Collins brand(not my favorite, but good), but I have not stopped in their store. I'll make sure to stop next time the ship stops in SJ.....Thanks........
