Does anyone know if there is going to be a reggae band playing poolside? I would be extremely disappointed if they just played videos on that huge tv all day long. Thanks

Slightly off topic: but adding to the band question, is that giant ugly TV a horrible distraction to your relaxing vacation?

YES...was on the Liberty December and they have a LIVE Reggae Band. The band is located just under the big screen. It plays at different times during the day and usually when you leave a Port of Call.

Yes, there is a reggae band. The large TV is not a distraction, but rather I think it is great. They show good movies on it at night.

There will be a reggae band during your cruise. The TV is a fantastic addition to your cruise. IF you dont like it, you can sit aft deck pool. During the day, they dont usually have sound on the screen.. They show tropical fish. Very relaxing....

They do have a band. I believe the band is called Music Society and it's very similar to the bands I've seen on other Carnival ships. The big screen is never an impediment to the band and was used very well.
