Sizes of staterooms--Enchantment

We are sailing in June on the Enchantment in a JS. I was wondering if the size they give (245 sq. ft.) includes the 58 sq. ft. balcony or not? If not, then it is about the size of our inside cabin on the Disney Magic. I was actually happy with the size of our stateroom on the Magic, so this is not a problem. However, if it doesn't include the balcony in those figures, I'll be very excited.

 

We've never been on a RCI cruise, so we're a bit nervous.

I think the 245 is room only and then the balcony is an additional 58 sq ft. If you look at SO it is 190 sq ft with no balcony, if you took away the 58 sq ft then the JS would be 187..making it smaller than a SO.
