Internet Package Comparison

Hello, My wife and I are going on the Glory in a few months and are considering buying an internet package to stay in touch with some family at home. We would like to get something that has the ability to video chat. Does anyone know if the social media package (which includes facebook messanger) has the ability to video chat? Any detailed comparison between the packages is appreciated.
