Comfort Suites- Davie?

Anyone stayed here before? How far is it from the airport in FLL? They claim to have a shuttle but if our flight is late... Thanks!

It's about 10 minutes from the airport in a decent area with restaurants within walking distance.

We have stayed at the Comfort Suite/Inn a few years ago and we liked it so much we stayed there again the next year. There was a courtesy shuttle that picked us up at the airport (we just called on a courtesy phone) and they shuttled us the next day to the cruise ship terminal in FLL. The rooms were clean and service was great, they had a continental breakfast in the AM, nothing fancy.

I'm booked at this hotel pre-cruise in January as well. I understand there is a Ruby Tuesdays and a Publix Market not far away. Bequia, do you know if those are walkable from the hotel?
