I haven't found an update, yet (still looking) but here is what was posted Sept 28 as the planned work for her dry-docking (on Maritme Matters-

http://www.maritimematters.com/shipnews.html )

First Dry Docking For QUEEN MARY 2

September 28: Cunard's QUEEN MARY 2 will be dry-docked for the first time since her maiden voyage in 2003. Blohm + Voss Repair GmbH of Hamburg won the contract for maintenance and repair work. QUEEN MARY 2 is expected November 8 at drydock Elbe 17. Classification work and painting work will be carried out in the dock. The propulsion units, anchor winches and the four stabilizers will all be overhauled. The liner is expected to leave Hamburg on November 19.

I'll keep looking for updates.

Someone more knowledgeable than me on the subject have any news? (Which is nearly everyone!)

By the way,

here is the URL for Blohm and Voss Repair and their press release regarding winning the order to do QM2'a first maintenance.

Hopefully they will update the site on Monday with the results, or shots of her leaving dry-dock today.
