Formal Nights on 8 Day Conquest Cruise

Our first 8 day cruise is in October, anyone know what nights are "formal" nights? We want to make steakhouse reservations but not on formal nights.

I don't know for sure. Someone that has recently done this itinerary will have to chime in but I can almost bet it will be Sunday the first fun day at sea and Thursday because you sail away so early from San Juan. It wont be Saturday, your last sun day at sea because folks like to get pack for debark. It might be Friday. Even with a 5 PM sail away there is time to get ready for early dining.

From info I received on CC for our upcoming 8 day on Splendor, it's first sea day and day before last full day so Sunday & Friday based on your itinerary. Hopefully someone who has first hand experience will chime in.
