Bkmag202 Posted April 10, 2017 #1 Share Posted April 10, 2017 My daughter left her makeup case on the Breeze when we disembarked on March 26 in Galveston. I have called guest services and filed a report via email as well. Have not received any feedback, just told it could take 8 weeks. It should have been easily picked up and turned in by our stateroom attendant. Does anyone have any experience with this? Should I suspect that its gone forever or just keep waiting it out. We have left items on board two different times and even called before leaving the terminal with no luck. I called and filed a report and was told 8 weeks as well. We still haven't heard anything.
