Does Amerisuites in FLL have a view of the port?

Just wondering about the Amerisuites on SE 17th? I was wondering if I should try and call to see if I could get a room on one certain side? Is one side or spot in the hotel better then others? Is there a view of the port at all? Where is the best place to stay in this hotel?

No, there is no view of the port. IMHO there is no "better" side either. ;)

Its about a five block walk from Amersuites to the 17th street bridge and a wonderful view of the harbor!
