Cost of Taxi to and from Le Galion?

Hi everyone! What would be the per person cost of a taxi from Philipsburg cruise ship dock to Le Galion Beach? It will just be for one person. Thank you!

Should be about $25 each way. Galion isn't quite as far as Orient, but almost. I would make arrangements to have your driver pick you back up when you are ready. I spent the summer of 2015 is St. Martin. I visited Galion a couple times, and there were VERY few people there.

The weekends are a happening place at Le Galion as the islanders love this beach and have functions and family gatherings here. Day camps and parents also use this beach during the week and afternoons in the summer can also be very busy. On Mondays from May to October the restaurant and fasciitis are closed and actually there has been a lot of politics going on and the facilities may be closed permanently at any time.

The back up if your driver does not come is to call another from the restaurant or walk to the main road which goes to Orient which takes about 5 minutes. Hail one there or go to the Butterfly farm and ask them to call you one.
