Are all TAs now participating in upgrade bidding?

I know when the bidding first rolled out on a "trial basis", some travel agents weren't participating. Is this still the case now that the bidding is fleet wide?

 

In particular, does anyone know if I would be eligible if I book through Costco?

To my knowledge, there is no master list of participating TAs, and I don't believe NCL will confirm participation if you call them. So, you're left with asking specific TAs before you book and hoping for an honest/informed answer.

I received nothing from my online TA regarding the upgrade program. Instead, I found it when logging onto my NCL account.

How far in advance of the cruise did you receive a message.? We sail in less than 30 days and I do not see anything on my account page.

I've been told that Costco does not participate, but you should confirm with them. Maybe talk with supervisors or higher up people or maybe some that has booked from them can confirm if they have received bid offers.

 

I recently (2 days ago for a Mid July sailing) received a bid offer via email, but it does not show up on myncl account.

Booked on June 18th with Spirit, can Canadians also get upgrade or is it reserved to US only ?
