Multiple Gluten Free (Celiac) Questions

Recommended Posts

On Voyager in February there was an entire section dedicated to gluten free in the Windjammer and it was very carefully policed to ensure there was no cross contamination. People were not allowed to bring plates with any food on them from elsewhere in the Windjammer. I saw the staff tell people this a number of times. If you wanted food from that section, you were asked to use a fresh plate from that section. Perhaps you should contact special needs at sea and ask if they will have a gluten free section in the Windjammer on your sailing?
