Where to smoke cigars on Carnival Valor?

Thinking of hosting on our roll call facebook group an event entitled "The Big Smoke".

Where on the Carnival Valor is it "ok" to smoke Cigars?

 

I recall several years back on our cruise on the Triumph the only place to smoke cigars was one side of the Lido Pool deck.
