Question about Celebrity's transfers to Seward port

We would like to hear from anyone who has used Celebrity's transfers to Seward departure after spending one or more nights in an Anchorage hotel. We have opted for the train ride to Seward and know that we need to take a bus from the Egan Center to get to the train station. Are there multiple buses at various times? What time do you recommend getting to the Egan Center to catch a bus?

I'd like to know this as well. This is a confusing set up. :-(

 

After calling Celebrity today (because we had not seen any transfer options to Seward online) the rep said that because we're not arriving the same day of the sailing, we can't book the train transfer.

 

Our two options: Just show up at the airport and find a kiosk and hope we can get a seat OR he could book the train from downtown. We chose downtown to secure the train.

 

He gave us an address and said this is where we'll board the train which then carry's on to the airport.

 

However, after our purchase of said transfer, research showed that address was not the train station but of the Egan Center. Is Egan a bus service to the airport or to the main train station?

 

If it's a bus to the airport, this is doubly frustrating!! Because we're dropping the car at the airport only to then cab it back to Egan? All of this just to return to the airport because Celebrity would not let us book directly from the airport?

 

Any tidbits that are current are most grateful!
