I was planning on going to the pier around 11am that day. It says roads will be closed til 1pm? Do you know how this will impact getting to the pier from a SE 17th Street hotel? I'm hoping it's not even in the same area, but I really dont know. Thanks for the help as always!! :)

It will have no impact on the 17th Street hotels. It will have no impact on getting to the piers from 17th street. It will have no impact on arrivals at the Ft Lauderdale or Miami airports going to Port Everglades either. ;)
