Loop ????

I just received an email from our Genie today and in the email it had a link, that link just took me to a web page where I can message our Genie. My question is do I have to keep that page up on my phone or is it an app that I download?

The loop messaging service is web based and not an app you install directly on your phone.

 

Our experience with it last year was less than stellar. Before boarding we had better luck communicating with our Genie via their email address and by phone once we were aboard.

We have taken 3 Star Class cruises and with speaking with the Genie's they do not particularly like the loop and prefer email.

I can see why! It's kind of a pain having to find the email and open the link every time you want to use it! I'm surprised that they don't have an app like their Royal iQ!
