Take a taxi, Uber, or Lyft to the beach and do the Water Taxi. You can get it at the Hilton on 17th, a $10 Uber ride. If you have luggage that may be an issue.

The bus won't go to the port. I'd take Uber or cab from the port. Then either walk,water taxi or trolley to get around the beach area.

Maybe be dropped at Las Olas Blvd for shopping, restaurants and water taxi stop. Or go to the Beach Place area to walk the beach area.

Do you know what terminal you will be at? What is the cruise line?

If it was Princess it most likely be Terminal 2 which would be an easy walk to 17th Street where you could catch the Sun Trolley. In your case, taxi or Uber to the beach near The B Hotel and you can move about the length of Ft Lauderdale Beach and the Galleria Mall by walking and the Sun Trolley.

 

$3 per person gets you unlimited hop on/hop off...
