We did this in February. The massage was fantastic, DH didn't use his so the masseuse gave me a 50 minute instead of 25 minute. Bar service wS spotty and the are where the palapas were located was crowded. We decided that we preferred Nachi Cocum. The pool at Mr. Sancho's was jammed with a large group that were noisy and drunk. Not our idea of a relaxing beach day but YMMV.
