Online check in problem.

i am having issues with online check in for my cruise on 6th September 2017. I log in to my account fine and click on online check in. On the next page there are spaces for my booking number, first name and last name. The names are pre-populated but when I click on to the booking number space I am unable to type anything into the box. I have tried several different browsers as well as iPad and desktop systems. Do I need to wait till online check in becomes available or is there something wrong? I have just paid my final payment to my travel agent if this has a bearing?? Any advice would be great.

web check in could only be done 21 days prior to cruise... I had to call and check in... because the online is so messed up...

You actually can check in anytime. It is 21 days before that you will get the e-ticket. I actually got my e-tickets in 6 weeks before my sail date (which is last week of June).

 

There has been a lot of issues with MSC website lately. You are still a ways off. So you can either call in to do your check in, or give it time.
