Juneau- cabs at dock?

Arriving on HAL Noordam at end of June at dock D and renting car for day from Juneau Car Rental which is at Dock A. It is 3 miles from Dock D.

 

Are there cabs readily available when you get off the ship or do we need to call a cab?

We were on the Coral in Juneau last week, just noticed a few cabs. Didn't notice if there was always a cab or two present but perhaps may be best to contact company for insurance and avoid unnecessary wait.
