Nightlife on Caribbean Princess

I've read all the reviews since the first sailing but haven't seen many comments about the nightlife except the shows. We are night dwellers and would like to know if the various bars and lounges are hopping or does most of the ship turns in early,

Skywalkers dances to Top 40, Hip Hop, R&B and Disco from 11:00 PM till well after 2:00 AM. It is where the young (over 18) and the young of heart go to burn calories. We were there every night doing three hours of cardio. It was perfect for us. We are both 38.
