Any car rental in Rostock commercial port?

Monarch will docked at LP31 of Rostock commercial port on a Saturday.

I couldn't find any car rental in that port, except in Warnemunde or Rostock HbF.

What is the best way to rent a car from there?

Closest is Rostock Hbf. Take public transport or taxi to get there.
