Great Review. Which resort did you go to in Costa Maya, cost and how did you contact them??

Not sure if I missed it, but just how little is your "little one"? Im taking my, 4 months shy of being 8, and she would love to do Flow Rider, but I don't think she's old enough. She's very adventurous, and a good swimmer. We took this cruise last July,and she was not old enough for the big slides, which she was very upset about! But, she can do them this year and she is so excited!

We too are doing Daniel Johnsons, and can't wait! We bought her a cute shirt yesterday that has two sloths on it, so she said she's wearing it to DJs!! We are also doing the Dolphin swim and ride in Cozumel, but not the one from Chank. I have to do it with her, which Im not looking forward to!! I really cannot do it because of back and neck issues, so Im hoping they will let me give my ride to her.

My son is 10 and not very tall for his age! She might be big enough now! :) I bought myself a sloth shirt that I wore to Daniel Johnson's and Daniel himself complimented me on it every time he saw it! Have a great trip!

It was one of the excursions through RC, I think it was called Mayan Beach Break. I'm not even sure what the resort was called. If you go to the excursions area of the boards here there's lots of good info about resorts there. I've been looking through to see if I could figure out where we were and I've figured out it was part of the Malecon.

Just spent some time on Google Earth and figured out we were at the Tequila Beach Club!

I was on this same ship, had to have our cabin examined by a horticulturist for bed bugs since we woke up with bites after the first sea day. Was accused of coming aboard the boat with these bites already (my 3 yr old got the worst of it). Went to the infirmary (I work for a medical school) and was told to take hydrocortisone cream....our deck supervisor on the 10th floor said it was clear of bed bugs....to which I said what about this? I lifted the mattress to reveal more dust bunnies than you can accumulate in your dryer filter. I informed her dust mites bite and cause skin irritations also, I also told her I documented all of this in photographs as well as the filth and old food under our bed itself. The excursion team booked my 3 yr old son on a Maya Key excursion by himself and neglected to add us to the itinerary until we pointed the mistake out. The website and everything we booked on it was lost when they had to reset our mycruises account...so our dinner reservations slipped through the cracks, the casino tried keeping my money after a blackjack tournament i paid to participate in was cancelled, the guy that led the trivia games told us how miserable he was and how glad he was that this was his last cruise of his contract...after we won the last trivia he said "here just take all the prizes I don't give a **** I'm done on Sunday", our room was skipped 3 of the 7 days with towel animals much to our sons dismay while our neighbor across the hall in 1390 got a nightly circus of animals. I've got names, pictures and video of all of this. I was prompted in my review of the ship on this site I had to remove the names and the pictures are being screened out. I was only addressed by name 3 times....im used to being on cruise lines where they acknowledge you and at least pretend not to be so disgruntled. I'll stick with the other cruise lines I've used in the past...beautiful ship to look at...but it's full of unhappy staff...not a good experience at all.
