Biobay Tours in P.R.

Taking the Infinity to San Juan in Janurary. Anyone know why Celebrity no longer has a tour of one of the bioluminescent bays on their land tours for Puerto Rico (Fajardo’s Laguna Grande)? I had seen this listed in September on their web site. It's gone! I'm not really interested in the replacement tours, i.e. Carabali Fourtracks ATV & Pikayo Restaurant. Any information on why they cut the biobay tours would be appreciated. Do you know of any independents who do this tour in January?

One issue might have to do with what time your ship leaves port. Most tour operators will not take you if you need to be back before 10pm.

The ship doesn't leave port until 11:00 PM.

Is that the listed time of departure? If so, then you definitely have to be back on board before that. You might still be able to book something independently - I had a great time with Robert of Island Kayaking Adventure.
