Snuba? how is it ?

Do you like to snorkel? If you do, snuba is better. You are freed from having to surface just because you can't hold you breath any longer. You can get closer to the fish and coral and actually see them with less distraction.

Yep, snuba is way better than snorkeling and almost as good as scuba diving.

SNUBA is the non divers dive....Pretty cool from what I heard from folks who've done it....limited to about 20 ft below the surface but can see the critters up close....Cancun has two snuba shops when we were there in July and all the folks who did not want to snorkle or learn to scuba said it was an exiciting time.....no health issues would be a plus, but its not strenuous....

A few years ago (actually 12:eek: ) I talked my father-in-law into SNUBA at Molokini crater in Maui. I was a certified diver at the time but wanted him to give it a try, he had never even snorkeled. I found it kind of limiting, but to this day he can't stop telling everyone about it and how great it was.
