50 Euro obc for voyage club selection cruise

When I booked my cruise I had 20 percent discount as is was at that time a voyager club selection cruise. I do not see any of the expected 50 Euro obc on the 'my bookings' area online or on my booking hard copies.

 

Does anyone know where it would appear on my online booking or paperwork or is it a case of ask on board?

 

The cruise no longer features in the voyagers selection cruise list which is worrying.

Mine (OBC for Voyager's Selection cruise) shows under My Booking>Details>Booking Overview as well as on my booking confirmation emailed after I booked. I'm in US if that makes a difference.

I booked via TA in Jersey CI so may be l will go back to them
